I took my 2012 chevy equinox there and they were great they fixed what needed to be fixed and didnt fix what wasn't broken so I got to get my money back on parts that I bought and didn't even need and what needed to be fixed was manageable in price wise and for the parts and labor they gave me a good price and in a timely manner because I expressed that I needed it done asap because I have to work. I would recommend them to my family and friends 100%. I will be taking my car back to them for any repairs or maintenance needed on my car. Thanks again. Heather Goodyear.

I had an amazing experience with First Choice Auto Solutions! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel like a valued customer. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. The quality of their work was excellent, and my vehicle was repaired quickly and looked great when I got it back. It's hard to find an auto shop that's both honest and reliable, but First Choice Auto Solutions exceeded my expectations.

I had an incident on Route 33 with a commercial truck that had dropped some of his load. I ran the material over and it instantly caused damage to my front end. The company was great at handling my situation and I had brought it to First Choice Auto Solutions for a full diagnosis, never had been here before but they had positive reviews so I was hoping they were a trustworthy company. I had initially talked to Tish who answered the phone and I also talked to the "Head mechanic" Taylor or Tyler that ran the shop. I explained to them the situation of the debris that I had ran over and asked them to do a full inspection of the undercarriage of my vehicle explaining to them that at least my rims and tires were ruined and they convinced me that they would give a full inspection. I personally talked to Taylor or Tyler and gave him a cash tip and he convinced me that he would take care of my vehicle, they had said that they were going to put used rims and new tires and an alignment on my vehicle which I agreed to, then when they called and said my vehicle was done, (2 days later) they said that they had done that and also had done a wheel alignment, when I showed up at the shop they had

I give these guys 5 stars. They delivered service on time and were really respectful and clear. They didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. They were reasonable. I even saw a couple of scratches that wasn’t on my car when I left it there. The owner Justin, was respectful, fair and even offered to pay for the buffing of the scratches. Pointed me to a company that took care of me in minutes. I’ll be going back here because they are good and on time mechanics.
